Do we have to start from scratch?

No. About half our brand engagements are refreshes, keeping what works, fixing what doesn't. We assess what's salvageable in week one.

How many logo concepts will we see?

Three distinct directions, each with two variants. After feedback, we refine one chosen direction through 2 more rounds. Total: ~10–15 logo iterations across the project.

Will I own the brand assets?

Completely. All source files (Adobe, Figma, vector logos, web fonts where applicable) are yours. No licensing fees, no platform lock-in.

How do you ensure consistency after launch?

Two ways: a comprehensive brand book that anyone on your team can reference, and a 30-day post-launch support window where we answer questions and review usage in the wild.

Can we use the brand on packaging / merch / signage?

Yes. The brand system is built to scale across digital, print, environmental, and merchandise applications. We provide guidelines for each.

What's the difference between Brand Refresh and Full Brand?

Refresh keeps your strategy and reworks the visuals. Full Brand starts with strategy first, defining who you are before how you look. If you're repositioning, you need Full Brand. If your positioning works but you look dated, Refresh is enough.
